Why hello there! Welcome to my website, where you can learn a bit about me, my work, my hobbies, my thoughts, and my travels. In a similar manner to life itself, this website will remain under steady construction.
I am a 30-something North American adventurer, building a life in Europe. Currently based in Berlin and working in the esports industry for G2 Esports. When I’m not occupied with work, I do my best to make time for adventures, spend time with friends, play (Gaelic) sports, and enjoy life.
I have a feeling that the next few years will be transformational, not only for the world but also for myself, so I welcome you along for the ride.
I received my BA from Saginaw Valley State University in December 2010, where I focused on Communications, New Media, and History. At the same time, I honed my journalism skills at ESPN Radio, working in broadcasting and live events. When I wasn’t in class or working, I was playing soccer for the University club team, as well as every intramural sport or pickup game that would have me. There was even a time I paid extra for campus IT to set up a dedicated internet line in my apartment, just so I could compete and train in Counterstrike: Source. I was a member of several student groups and regularly volunteered time to raise money for St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
